MOHALI, APRIL 28

The cute ‘n’ lovable students of kindergarten section of Golden Bells Public School, Sector-77, Mohali celebrated the ‘Red Day’ with a lot of zeal and enthusiasm. They all were dressed in red colour dresses.
Children bought red coloured vegetables like red capsicum, carrot, tomato and red coloured fruits like strawberry, apple etc. to mark and celebrate their Red Day.
The purpose behind the celebration is to motivate the children to eat seasonal vegetables and fruits which are good source of nourishment.
Balloon blowing and face painting activities were done. Children were told to blow the red balloons and strawberries were painted on their faces. There were giggles and laughter everywhere. Such a celebration develops the ability to identify a particular colour in an interesting way.
