Khalsa College Governing Council (KCGC) honourary secretary Rajinder Mohan Singh today released Giani Dit Singh’s `Niti Bachan’ books’ fresh edited version, compiled by renowned Sikh affairs writer Dr.Inderjit Singh Gagoani. The book contains 175 `Bachan’ (directives) as per Sikh philosophy which are relevant in the daily life, said Chhina.
He said Giani Dit Singh was a respected personality who remained Editor of Khalsa Akhbar, Lahore and was Professor of Religion at Oriental College Lahore apart from being founder member of KCGC. ``The books written by him had been of utmost interest in the past’’, said he congratulating Dr.Gagoani for the efforts to re-produce the book in a fresh form.
Dr.Gagoani said that Niti Bachan gives messages of making our lives meaningful by following the path of righteousness and spiritual ways and guiding us through the challenges of life.
