Aryans
College of Engineering (ACE) organized a seminar on “Thinking out of
the box” in the college campus at Vill. Nepra (Banur),
Chandigarh-Patiala Highway, Near Chandigarh. Mrs. Sangeet Grover,
Management Trainee & Pilot and Miss Anna Korte, Rotary, Germany were
the main speakers on the occasion. Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans
Group, presided over the workshop.
While
addressing the students, Mrs. Sangeet Grover said that thinking out of
the box means leaving behind frustration, anger, stress, fear being
creative and manifesting in a reality of infinite possibilities It is
never easy to 'think outside the box,' nor it is reflection of one's
intelligence.
She
further added that doing something out of the world requires knowledge
and presence of mind. Later she conducted a very interesting question
answer session in which all students took part enthusiastically .She
also encouraged them to start working on their personality.
Miss Anna Korte shared her views on ‘Different Perceptive for
pursuing graduation’, during the time of studies students are so much
involved in their books that they get very less time to think about the
career they should opt for. They should take some gap in between and
have a thorough thinking about their careers.

Kataria emphasized that the need to think ‘out of the box’ and to be
unconstrained by negotiation mandates in order to explore new ideas and
concepts that may contribute to the strengthening of overall
personality.
