Badal allots land to CBSE in Mohali

CHANDIGARH, AUGUST 7
The Punjab Government has allotted land measuring 2.08 acre in Sector 65 at Mohali at a cost of Rs.29.09 crore to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi for setting up of Centre for Continuous Professional Development (CCPD).
    Disclosing this here today a spokesperson of the Chief Minister’s Office said the Punjab Chief Minister Mr. Parkash Singh Badal in the capacity of Chairman Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) approved the proposal submitted by the Chief Administrator, GMADA.
          Similarly, Mr. Badal also gave nod for the allotment of another site of 0.50 acre in sector 78, Mohali at a cost of Rs.15.97 crore to the Gas Authority of India (GAIL) for establishing its zonal office.  He cleared both the files in this regard thus paving a way to establish CCDP and the zonal office of GAIL.
