Punjab Chief Minister Mr. Parkash Singh Badal
today appointed seven Chairman of Boards and corporations of the
state government with immediate effect.
Disclosing this here today an official spokesperson of
the Chief Minister's Office said that Mr. Shakti Kumar Sharma has been
appointed the Chairman of Punjab Small Industrial Export Corporation (PSIEC), Mr.
Vinod Kumar Sharma has been appointed Chairman of Punjab Water Supply and
Sewerage Board (PWSSB), Mr. Raghunath Singh Rana has been appointed Chairman of
Punjab Medium Industries Development Board, Mr. Vijay Sampla has been appointed
Chairman of Punjab State Forest Development Corporation, Mr. Harjeet Singh
Grewal has been appointed Chairman of Punjab Khadi and Village Industries
Board, Mr.Manjeet Singh Rai has been appointed Chairman of Punjab Information
and Communication Corporation (Punjab Infotech) and Mr. Narottam Dev Ratti has
been appointed the Chairman of Punjab Traders Board.
Likewise, the Chief Minister has also approved the
appointment of Mr. Kamaljeet Singh Hayer as Member of Punjab State Commission
for NRIs.
The spokesperson further said that the formal orders in
this regard were being issued shortly.
