SHRM conducts HR programme in Aryans Campus

The Indian Subsidiary of US based Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) conducted HR programme in Aryans Campus. The topic of the seminar was “Tips on how to enter in corporate world”. Ms. Rashmi Bhargava, Director, Academic Alliance, SHRM India was the Chief Guest on this occasion. Dr Parveen Kataria, Director General, Aryans Group presided over the function.

While addressing the students, Ms. Rashmi said that entering the corporate world requires a completely different set of skills than those needed on campus.  Learning the basic skills of image management at the beginning of your career is an essential step in establishing your position within the company and with peers and managers.

She further added that every person is born Intelligent & endowed with talent; only caveat is to recognize the same & utilize it optimally. She also assured the participants to first decide the priorities & address the top priorities immediately. To succeed in corporate world it is important to work as a team.

Dr.Parveen Kataria, Director General, Aryans Group told students for continuous monitoring of personality traits as a pre-requisite to enter the corporate world. She gave a new dimension to 'Campus to Corporate' as ‘being Managed to Self-Managed”.
