CHANDIGARH, JUNE 29
The Punjab Police has constituted a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to enquire in to FIR No. 125 u/s 307, 148, 149, 186, 353, 332 IPC and 25, 27/54/59 Arms Act PS Moga South dated 26th June. The SIT is comprised Mr Harjit Singh Pannu, SP/D, Moa, Mr. Rashpal Singh, DSP/Dharmkot and Inspectror Jatinderjit Singh, SHO, PS Moga South.
According to an office order of Office of ADGP, Law & Order, the investigations by the SIT would be carried out under the supervision of Mr. Mohnish Chawla, DIG/ Ferozepur Range and Mr Gursharn Singh Sandhu, SSP, Moga. The DIG/ Border Range would submit its report by July 20 to the ADgP/L&O.
