Punjab Chief Minister Mr. Parkash Singh Badal today gave his nod to appoint Mr. Raghunath Singh Rana as the Chairman of the newly constituted Punjab State Industrial Development Board.
Disclosing this here today an official spokesperson of the Chief Minister's Office said that said that Mr. Badal gave concurrence to the proposal put forth by the Industries and Commerce department to create this board in place of the earlier Punjab Medium Industrial Development Board to broad base its ambit with a view to facilitate the local industry. The formal orders in this regard would be issued shortly, added the spokesperson.
