7th Academic session starts at Aryans Group of Colleges

Chandigarh based Aryans Group of Colleges has started its 7th Academic Session. On the occasion, the 7 days Orientation Programme was launched to welcome the freshers of the session 2013-14. The Orientation Programme commenced with the lamp lighting ceremony by the students. The Programme was presided over by Dr Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group.

The B.Tech, M.Tech and Diploma students of Aryans College of Engineering; MBA students of Aryans Business School; BBA, BCA students of Aryans Institute of Management & Technology; B.Ed students of Aryans College of Education; BA, B.Com students of Aryans Degree College; GNM students of Aryans Institute of Nursing participated in the Orientation Programme.

In the first week i.e. Orientation week of the freshers, various renowned speakers including Mr Ketan Bhagat, Sandeep Wadhera, Simarpreet Singh, Mr Brig Dhaliwal, Ms Deepika, Ms Neelima, Ms Seema, Ms Namita, Ms Navneet, Ms Khushboo, Ms Noor etc. would be interacting with the students and sharing their experiences. The programme also featured introduction to the faculty, staff and facilities the Group offers.

Welcoming the new students, Dr Anshu Kataria said that the Orientation week will not be only about Personality Development, but it will also include various programmes and lectures on Time Management, Stress Management, Team Building, Etiquettes and manners, Positive Thinking, Motivation, rapport Building,  etc. The Programme will also include many activities like Brainstorming sessions, Treasure Hunt, Ad mad Show etc.

Dr Kataria further said that all the faculty members are fully geared for imparting quality education to the students. He added that the college teachers should continue updating their knowledge to deliver high quality education to the students in a benefitting manner.

It is to be mentioned that Established in 2007, Aryans campus is located at Chandigarh–Patiala highway, near Chandigarh and has lush green 20 acres pollution free campus. The group is running Management College, Engineering College, Nursing College, Education College & Junior Science College (+1 & +2 Non Medical).
