MOHALI, JULY 9
‘Mango Day’ was celebrated in Golden Bells Public School, Sector-77, Mohali with
great enthusiasm. Students of Junior Wing enjoyed eating mangoes and relished
their sweetness.
Importance of this ‘King Fruit’ was highlighted among the small kids. They
competed with each other in mango eating competition. Some of them recited poem
in different languages on mango. The mangoes were provided by the school
management.
At last, the Chairman of the school, Col. C.S. Bawa (Retd.) explained that
‘mango’, the King of fruits is weakness of everybody i.e. children, young and
elderly persons.
