Colonel Gursevak Singh, a renowned, stress
management Guru, gave tips to control stress for making the life smooth and
steady in the present scenario at Raj Bhavan, Haryana today. While
speaking on the occasion Colonel Guru said that stress has been called as
silent killer which initially attacks nervous system and then deteriorate
eyes, ears and kidney etc. It further caused to hypertension, heart
diseases and diabetes, he added.
Colonel Guru said that it was necessary to make our life
stress free as the present fast lifestyle has affected our physical as well as
psychic equilibrium. It also caused shattering in relationship which is basis
of a number of social problems.
He further said that Yoga was the most effective therapy
to manage the stress. He also practiced Cosmic Meditation to the officers and
staff of Raj Bhavan.
