Aryans give Rs 11 lakh scholarship to 14 needy students

CHANDIGARH, FEB 26 
As many as 14 eligible students were given scholarship worth Rs.11 lakhs in various courses in “Admission Counselling-cum-scholarship fair” organized by Aryans Group of Colleges today in Sector 8C, here. The scholarship was given to the needy students on merit cum means basis.
Giving this information to press, Mr. Chandrama Singh, Registrar, Aryans Group said that the selected students got scholarship in Aryans in B.Tech (Civil, Mechanical, CSE, EEE & ECE), B.Tech (LEET), MBA, BBA & BCA courses. He added that those students who could not afford to pay the tuition fees availed the benefit of the scholarship. The scholarship amount was between Rs.10,000 to Rs.3,00,000 per student.Those students who could not come may contact on 89681-99888 for the scholarship.   
Mr. Singh further said that the purpose of the scheme was to search meritorious and talented candidates from this region and “make them technically and professionally sound”. “The students in this region have a lot of talent to excel, the only thing is to show them right path and provide them quality education”, Mr. Singh added.
It is to be mentioned that Aryans 20 acre campus is situated on Chandigarh-Patiala highway. The group is running MBA, BBA, BCA, B.Ed and Engineering College.
