A rally was organised by 1 Chd Air Sqn
NCC under the aegis of NCC Gp HQ Chandigarh on the occasion of "International
Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking" here today. The rally
comprised of 60 NCC cadets of Army, Navy and Air Force wings, started from Main
Gate of PGI Sector 12 and terminated at
Plaza Sector 17.
The
rally was flagged off by Wg Cdr JS Jeji, Commanding officer, 1 Chd Air Sqn NCC.
The aim of rally was to spread message to public about ill effects of
drugs and cautioning youth against illicit trafficking.
