The Punjab State Board of Technical
Education & Industrial Training has fixed 25th June 2012 as the last date
for submission of Admission Application Forms for direct admission to 2nd year
of the Diploma Courses through Lateral Entry.
Disclosing this here today a spokesman
of the punjab government said that The
prospectuses-cum- Admission Application Form are available in the Affiliated Polytechnic Colleges
and the office of the Board.
The forms
can also be downloaded from the Board’s website: www.punjabteched.com and
www.punjabteched.net.
He said that More than 20,000 seats in
129 institutes are available for direct admission to 2nd year diploma course
through lateral entry.
Candidates who
have cleared 10+2 Vocational / two years ITI courses are also eligible for
admission to 2nd year Diploma Courses.
Even the candidates who have qualified 10+2 Non-medical or one year ITI
has also been eligible for admissions
for vacant seats if any. For further
