Dr.Kiran Bedi to award scholarships in Aryans Campus

Dr. Kiran Bedi, 1^st woman IPS of India would be visiting Aryans Campus, Chandigarh on 7th June. She would be awarding scholarships to selected candidates under Scholarship Programme in different courses including B.Tech, B.Tech(LEET),MBA,PGDM,BBA,BCA,+1(Non Medical)etc.She would also be chief guest in 6^th foundation day ceremony of Aryans Group of colleges

Giving this information, Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group that those students, who wish to apply for scholarships, can register themselves at www.aryans.edu.in or 98762-99888, 98765-99888. The selection of the candidates would be done on merit-cum-means basis.

Scholarship would be given to Students whose annual income is less than Rs.3 Lakh. The scholarship amount would be between Rs.10, 000 to Rs.3, 00,000 per student. He further added that a part of the student's education would be funded by the College, a part by the student and rest of the part by the Bank.

It is also to be mentioned that on 7th June, Aryans Group after completing 5 years would enter into 6th year. The group is running MBA College, BBA-BCA College, B.Tech College, B.Ed College & Junior Science College (+1 & +2 Non Medical).

It is to be mentioned that Aryans Group of colleges had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dr.Kiran Bedi’s Navjyoti India Foundation to provide Scholarship to the deserving candidates. These students would be selected by Dr.Kiran Bedi and her Navjyoti team.

It is to be mentioned that Recently Aryans Group have got three Major awards including award from Chief Minister of Punjab Sh. Parkash Singh Badal; Governor, Punjab Sh. Shivraj V Patil &  Dr.A.P.J.Abdul Kalam, former President  for “Excellence in Education”.

Earlier also Aryans Business School (ABS) has also been ranked 48th in India by Dainik Bhaskar. ABS has recently been awarded the Best upcoming B-School of North India by the renowned Magazine "Business and Management Chronicle" and Dr. Kiran Bedi, 1st Woman IPS of India, has also awarded ABS as the Best upcoming B-School of North India.

It is to be mentioned that ABS is the only private B School of North India which has got the approval to use GMAT, GRE, XAT & MAT scores from GMAC (USA), ETS (USA), XLRI & AIMA respectively.
