CM mourns demise of father of Rajaydeep and Archit

CHANDIGARH, FEB 3

Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal today expressed profound grief and sorrow over the sad demise of Mr. Pawan Kumar, the father of Senior Correspondents of The Tribune posted at Sri Muktsar Sahib Mr. Archit Watts and of Daily Post posted at Bathinda Mr. Rajaydeep. Mr. Pawan breathed his last here at PGI this morning. He was 59 and survived by wife and two sons. 

        In a condolence message Mr. Badal shared his heart felt sympathies with the members of bereaved family and prayed to the Almighty to grant peace to the departed soul and strength to bear this huge loss in this hour of grief.

Punjab Information and Public Relations Minister Bikram Singh Majithia Punjab today expressed deep grief over the untimely demise of Mr Pawan Watts. Sharing his heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved family, Mr. Majithia prayed to the Almighty to grant peace to the departed soul and strength to the family members to bear this irreparable loss. The Bhog ceremony would be held on February 10, 2013 at Abohar Palace, Abohar between 12 noon and 1pm.
