Panel to inquire ownership rights over Gurdawra Maari Shakha

CHANDIGARH, FEB 13

Punjab Chief Minister Mr. Parkash Singh Badal today constituted an Inquiry committee under the Chairmanship of Retired Judge of Punjab & Haryana High Court Justice (Retd.) Mr. GC Garg to inquire about the ownership rights being claimed by different parties over the land of a Gurdawra Maari Shakha in village Maheraj, Tehsil Rampura Phool in district Bathinda.

Disclosing this here today a spokesperson of the Chief Minister’s office said that Joint Secretary Home would look after the work as Secretary to this Committee in addition to his already assigned work. Mr. Badal also directed to issue formal orders immediately.

TWO PCS OFFICERS TRANSFERRED

            The Punjab Government today issued the transferred and posting orders of two PCS officers in the state. Disclosing this here today a spokesman of the Punjab Government said that Mr. TK Goyal PCS SDM Baba Bakala, District Amritsar posted as Deputy Director, Urban Local Bodies Patiala vice Mr. Ashok Kumar Sikka.

           Mr. Ravinder Singh -11 PCS, SDM Ajnala will also hold the additional charge of SDM Baba Bakala District Amritsar in addition to his present assignment.
