CHANDIGARH, APRIL 22
The
Chandigarh Press Club today expressed serious concern over the attack on Dainik
Bhanskar reporter Amit and photographer Ashok. These journalists were man-handled
at the residence of Mr. V.K.Garg, IGP, Punjab Police in Panchkula, by his henchmen.
The
President and the members of the Governing Council of the Club urged Chief
Ministers of Punjab and Haryana and Director Generals of Police of these states
to look into the matter personally and punish the guilty officers at the
earliest.
