400 cadets attend NCC Annual Training Camp in Patiala

CHANDIGARH, NOV 10
A 10-day Annual Training Camp (ATC) of NCC was conducted at Patiala Cantonment by 3 Punjab Air Sqn NCC Patiala. Wing Commander GS Cheema, Camp Commandant said that about 400 cadets from various schools and colleges of Patiala, Ropar and Fatehgarh Sahib Districts attended the camp. The Cadets were trained in Microlite flying Aeromodeling, Rifle Shooting, Parasailing and Drill by the Instructors under the supervision Capt MS Chahal, the Deputy Camp Commandant. The cadets were also given exposure to Boating and Tank Riding within the Army Cantonment under proper guidance.
                 The Cadets were educated in Traffic Rules & Regulations, roads signs and how to provide First AID during road accidents as well as trained in Fire prevention drill, Yoga, health and hygiene.
