CHANDIGARH, NOV 26
The Punjab
Government has declared second half holiday today November 26 in its
offices, Boards and Corporations and educational institutions located in
Chandigarh and Mohali to enable the government employees to participate in
‘Nagar Kirtan’, to be organized on the eve of birthday of Sri Guru Nanak Dev
Ji.
However
the offices of State, Boards, Corporations and also Education Institutions in
rest of the State would remain closed for the second half of November 27th,
2012 (Tuesday).
A
notification in this regard has been issued to all Heads of Departments and
Managing Directors of Boards & Corporations, Registrar, Punjab &
Haryana High Court, Commissioners of all the Divisions, Deputy Commissioners of
all Districts and SDMs of all Sub-Divisions throughout the State.
