Around
1230 candidates participated in Mega Job Fest organized by Aryans Group
of Colleges today. 25 companies conducted placement drive where around
189 candidates got shortlisted for various positions. Mega Job Fest was
inaugurated by Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges.
Mr
B.S Sidhu, Dean, Aryans Group of Colleges said that the companies who
participated in the Job Fest and selected candidates for their
respective companies includes Apples Blossom, Asian Tiles, Beta soft,
C.S Group, Dial a Bank, EME Technologies, Eureka Forbes, EXIM
Enterprises, Federal Mogul, HCL, Intellisense Technologies, Jobs Tree,
Mahindra and Mahindra, PicNFrame, Reliance, SME Business Services Ltd,
SML ISUZU Ltd, Taaran Industries, Yup Creations etc.
Dr
Kataria added that around 150 companies visited Aryans Group last year
in different Placement drives and Job Fests where around 1000 unemployed
got their dream jobs.This year, above 250 companies are expected to
visit Aryans.
Dr
Kataria further said that till now Aryans Group has organized seven Job
Fest including PHD-PTU Mega Job Fest in March 2011, Times-Aryans Job
Fest in July 2011, Aryans Mega Job fest in November 2011, Aryans Mega
Job fest in February 2012, Aryans Mega Job Fair in March 2012, Aryans
Mega Job Fest in July 2012.
It
is to be mentioned that Established in 2007, Aryans campus is located
at Chandigarh–Patiala highway, near Chandigarh on lush green 20 acres
pollution free campus. The group is running MBA, BBA, BCA, B.Ed, Engineering College, Nursing College & Junior Science College (+1 & +2).
