MOHALI, AUGUST 1
Raksha Bandhan, a festival that symbolizes the deep love between brother & sister
was celebrated with great fervour in the premises of Golden Bells Public School,
Sector – 77, Mohali.
Toddlers of Pre-primary wing created a total festive environment by tying up the
rakhis on the wrists of their brothers and prayed for their well being. Brothers
also wished them and pledged to take care of them. The children showered the dew
of love and affection.
At the end, the Chairman of the school, Col. C.S. Bawa (Retd.) spoke on the
importance of festival, congratulated the students and teachers and gave the
message that it is very auspicious occasion and we should maintain the beauty of
this day.
