Janamashtmi celebrated at Golden Bells

Golden Bells Public School, Sector – 77, Mohali, celebrated Janmashtmi with great
splendor and religious fervour.
The whole atmosphere was filled with religious aura with the recital of melodious
bhajan ‘Yashomati Maiya’ in praise of Lord Krishna. The budding artists of the
Kindergarten wing, in the best attires as Krishna, Radha, Vasudev, Nand,
Yashodha, Gopis, Gwalas etc. , presented a dance. The performance made the
audience spell bound. The Primary wing of the school showcased the important
anecdotes related to the life of Lord Krishna through a mythological dress
competition.
At last, the Chairman of the school, Lt. Col. C.S. Bawa (Retd.) applauded the
efforts of the participants and advised them to emulate the teachings of Lord
Krishna.
