Punjab Chief Minister Mr. Parkash Singh Badal today
expressed profound grief and sorrow over the passing away of Union
Minister of Science and Technology and Earth Sciences Mr. Vilasrao
Deshmukh, who, died in a private hospital at Chennai this afternoon.
In
a condolence message, Mr. Badal said that the death of Mr. Deshmukh was
a huge loss to the Congress party. Mr. Badalalso shared his heartfelt sympathies with the members of the bereaved family and prayed to the Almighty to give strength and courage to bear this loss and grant peace to the departed soul.
