Two PCS officers transferred in Punjab

   The Punjab government has transferred 2 PCS officers with immediate effect.
 A spokesman of the Punjab government said that Mr  T.K. Goyal, PCS. S.D.M. Baba Bakala, district Amritsar has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Urban Local Bodies, Pataila. 
Same on the other hand Mr  Ravinder Singh-II, PCS., S.D.M, Ajnala district Amritsar would hold the additional charge of the post of S.D.M. Baba Bakala district Amritsar.
Vacant posts of clerks to be filled
The Punjab Government has decided to fill the vacant posts of clerks in Legal and Legislative affair department through deputation from other departments.
According to an official spokesman, desirous and eligible candidates have been asked to submit their applications through proper channel latest by 15th March, 2013. The candidate should possess the Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university and should possess at least one hundred and twenty hours course with hands on experience in the use of Personal computer or Information Technology in Office productivity applications from a Government recognized institution or a reputed ISO 9001 certified Institution or he should possess a computer Information technology course equivalent to 'O' level certificate of Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Course (DOEACC) of Government of India. The candidate should pass the test of English and Punjabi typing with the speed of 30 words per minute.

DEPARTMENTS TOLD TO PROVIDE INFO FOR BUDGET SESSION


 The Punjab government has asked all the departments of the state to send a full note on their departmental achievements/performance and important issues till February 28 for incorporating the same in Governor's address in  4th session of 14th Legislative Assembly being convened in the second week of March.

An official spokesman today said that keeping in view the budget session the state  government has asked all Commissioners/Principal Secretaries/ Administrative Secretaries send the full note on achievements/performance and important issues in given timeframe.

He further said that make sure that the whole note on the departmental achievements/performance and important issues would sent to the Chief Minister’s office without any delay. He said that the information provided by the departments should be in English and Punjabi and also sent on the e-mail id rs_mand1995@yahoo.in. Departments also can use pen drive and CD’s to provide information on their departmental achievements/performance and important issues.
