The Punjab Government has declared
February 23 as the weekly paid holiday for all workforces working in
factories situated within the Jurisdiction of 73 Moga Assembly Constituency.
Disclosing this here today an official spokesperson of
the Punjab Government said that holiday was declared on February 23 to enable
the Workmen working in the Factories to exercise their franchise in the poll
for the Bye-Election to 73 Moga Assembly Constituency . He said that this
decision has been taken within the jurisdiction of the 73 Moga Assembly Constituency,
where ‘Saturday’ is not a close day, in lieu of their normal weekly holiday.
