The Punjab
Government has ordered that Ms. Khusboo Goel, IAS Additional Secretary, Local
Government Punjab will also hold the charge of Secretary, Infrastructure
Regulatory Authority in addition to her present assignment.
Mr Avtar Chand
Sharma PCS (Retd.) (Re-employed), Additional Secretary, Health & Family
Welfare, Punjab will hold the charge of Special Secretary, Medical Education
and Research, Punjab in addition to his present assignment, during the training
period of Sh. Harbhupinder Singh IAS, i.e upto 19-04-2013.

Singh IAS has been posted as Deputy Commissioner Tarn Taran. Mr. Harmesh Singh
Pabla, IAS has been posted as Special Secretary, Welfare of SC/BC's. Mr.
Nachhattar Singh Brar has been posted as SDM Faridkot.
