Industrial associations of Mandi Gobindgarh meet Sukhbir

Eleven industrial association of Mandi Gobindgarh today called on Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Sukhbir Singh Badal seeking early resolution of their problems.
Mr. Badal listened to their problems and sought their suggestions for improvement of government systems and to make the system transparent, efficient and trust worthy. Principal Secretary Excise & Taxation Mr. D.P. Reddy, Commissioner Excise & Taxation Mr. K. Venuparsad were also present in the meeting. The industrial associations narrated their functional problems in the area of e-trip, tax collection and also told about problems being faced by the industry from various regulatory departments. Mr. Badal asked Principal Secretary Excise & Taxation Mr. D.P. Reddy to look into their suggestions and come out with the report within 5 days.
Addressing them, Mr. Badal assured early resolution of their problems and said that he in consultation with other industrial associations and various government departments would come out with viable and transparent solution to their problems. He appealed them to work for industrial growth of the state.
Prominent amongst those who were present on the occasion included Mr. N.K. Sharma, Chief Parliamentary Secretary, Mr. Prem Singh Chandumajra, General Secretary SAD and representatives of eleven industrial associations.
