Aryans College of Education celebrated World Teacher’s
Day. On this occasion various persons of nearby villages were honoured who
contributes towards spreading awareness about education to the villagers.
It is worth mentioning that the World Teacher’s Day is
celebrated on 5th Oct. According to United Nations Educational,
Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), this Day represents a significant token of the awareness,
understanding and appreciation displayed for the vital contribution that
teachers make to education and development.
Speaking on this occasion Dr. Manjula Kataria, Principal, Aryans
College of Education said that a Teacher is not only that person who teaches in
the class, but the person who spread awareness about literacy is also a
teacher. She added that those who teach the illiterate persons the benefits of
facing educated is also teachers.
