Chief Electoral Officer Punjab has fixed a meeting with the presidents and
general secretaries or secretaries of all the recognized political parties of
the Punjab on January 5, 2013 at 3:00PM in the office of CEO Punjab at sector
17 Chandigarh.
Giving the information the spokesman of Chief Electoral Officer Punjab said
that if the office bearer of any political party not available for the meeting
than they can authorize two persons to attend the meeting on the behalf of
their party. A C D of final electoral rolls published on 5-1-2013 will be
handed over to the representatives of the party.
