The
Punjab Government has sought applications from affected persons whose
properties were damaged in the violence in districts of Amritsar,
Hoshiarpur, Jalandhar, Kapurthala, Ludhiana,
Mukatsar and Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar Jalandhar after the assassination of
Sant Ramanand Dera Sachkhand, in Vienna Australia. The
applications have been sought for compensating the damage of private properties
in these districts.
The
spokesman said that the applicants can submit their applications to the Deputy
Commissioner of the concerned district or Claim Commission formed by Punjab government by January 31 with
original proofs.
