Mr Samir Kumar ,IAS Secretary , Home Affairs and Justice in additional Secretary , State Commission for protection of child rights for the state of Punjab would also hold the charge of the vacant post of Commissioner for the persons with disabilities in addition to his present assignment with immediate effect.
This was disclosed by an official spokesman of the Punjab Government.
