Six IPS officer transferred in Punjab

CHANDIGARH, NOV 29

          The Punjab Government today transferred six IPS officers  in the state with immediate effect.  

          Disclosing this here today a spokesman of the Punjab Government said that Mr. Dinkar Gupta, IPS posted as ADGP/Security has also been give the additional charge of Law & Order, reliving Mr. S.K. Sharma from this additional charge of Law & Order.

         Mr. Kuldeep Singh has been posted as IG/Community Policing & Training; Mr. R.P.S Brar has been posted as IG/Moderninsation vice Mr. Kuldeep Singh IPS.

        Mr. B.Chander Sekhar has been posted as IG/Vigilance. Mr. Harpreet Singh Sidhu has been posted as IG/Crime. Mr. Kaustubh Sharma has been posted as DCP/Amritsar.
