Three IPS Officers transferred in Punjab

          The Punjab Government today transferred three IPS officerS in the state with immediate effect.  

          Disclosing this here today a spokesman of the Punjab Government said that Mr.B.K.Bawa,IPS has been transferd and posted as IGP/Vigilance Punjab, Chandigarh.

          Mr. V.Nerja, IPS has been posted as Director Vigilance Punjab, Chandigarh and Mr. A.S. Rai, IPS has been posted as IGP-Cum-Director vigilance EOW and FS-1 Punjab Chandigarh.

The spokesman further said that Mr. Asthana, IPS, IGP (Under Suspension) was suspended by the Government of Punjab and his headquarter during the suspension period was fixed in the 0/0 The Chief Director Vigilance Bureau Punjab is hereby withdrawn and his Headquarter during suspension is fixed in the o/o The Director Genral of Punjab Police Headquarter Chandigarh.
