CHANDIGARH, JULY 27
Punjab Education Minister Sikandar Singh said that there were 172 posts of
teachers of Punjab quota lying vacant to be
posted deputation at Chandigarh (UT). Willing teachers could send their
appointment to the District Education Officer concerned.
Giving
details, the Minister said that there were Principal-2, Head Mistress-1,
lecturer -28, Master -32, JBT-106, Hindi -1, Punjabi -2 were to be filled. He
directed the officers to ensure merit transparency in these selections.
