CHANDIGARH, JULY 30
The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (PSERC)
has nominated Mr R S Sachdeva, Co-Chairman, Punjab Committee, PHD Chamber and Managing
Director Hitech Industries Ltd as member of the Committee for feasibility
clearances at the Head office Level of PSPCL, as envisaged in Regulation 5.5 of
the PSERC (Electricity Supply Code and Related Matters) Regulations 2007.
The nomination will be for a period of one year from the date
of publication of notification in the official gazette. On Being Nominated as Member
from Industry of PSPCL Feasibility Clearance Committee, Sh. R.S.Sachdeva said
that this will make all the clearances time bound for new HT consumers.
“Being the only member from Industry, it will be my utmost
Duty to fulfill responsibilities assigned and address any concerns to protect
interest of the Industrialists. To conclude, I wish to uphold my performance as
per expectations of PSERC on the grounds they have nominated me.”
