2 IAS, 10 PCS, 1 IRS amongst 23 officers transferred in Punjab

The Punjab Government today ordered the immediate transfers of 12 IAS, 10 PCS, 1 IRS amongst 23 officers in the state.

Mr. N.S. Kang, Financial Commissioner, Revenue, NRI Affairs has been given additional charge of Principal Secretary, Information & Public Relations department reliving Mr. Anirudh Tiwari, IAS of this additional charge. Mr. Roshan Sunkaria, IAS has been posted as Secretary, Parliamentary Affairs in addition Secretary, Coordination, General Administration. Mr. Anirudh Tiwari has been posted as Secretary Personnel, Power and in addition Secretary Government Reforms reliving Mr. Vikas Partap, IAS of this additional charge. 

Mr. Sarvjit Singh, IAS has been posted as Secretary Revenue in addition Survey Commissioner of Wakfs. Mr. Ashok Kumar Gupta, IAS has been posted as Director-cum-Secretary Local Government. The services of Mr. Anurag Verma, IAS have been placed at the disposal of Industry department for posting as MD, Infotech and in addition Commissioner Ruparnagar Division. The services of Mr. Rakesh Verma, IAS have been placed at the disposal of Department of Local Government for posting as Commissioner Municipal Corporation Ludhiana. 

Mr. Vikas Partap, IAS has been posted as Director, State Transport and The services of Mr. Ajay Kumar Verma, IAS has been placed at the disposal of Department of Housing & Urban Development for posting as Chief Administrator GMADA. Mrs. Bhawna Garg, IAS has been posted as Special Secretary, Science and Technology and Mrs. Inderjit Singh Sandhu has been posted as Special Secretary water supply & sanitation, General Administration, Coordination.

Mr. Manvesh Singh Sidhu, PCS has been posted as Special Principal Secretary to Deputy Chief Minister, Chief Administrator PUDA and in addition Director Town & Country Planning. Mr. Arun Sekhri, PCS, Special Secretary Personnel, Additional MD, Punjab Warehousing Corporation, Principal Staff Officer to Chief Secretary has been given additional charge of Special Secretary Vigilance. The services of Mr. Baldev Singh, PCS have been placed at the disposal of department of Housing & Urban Development for posting as Additional Chief Administrator GLADA and Mr. Shivrular Singh Dhillon, PCS, Additional MD, PIDB has been given additional charge of Director Sports.

Mrs. Anindita Mitra, IAS has been posted as ADCD Patiala and in addition ACA Patiala development Authority. The services of Mrs. Sajorni Gautam Sharda, PCS have been placed at the disposal of department of Housing & Urban development for posting as ACA Jalandhar development authority and Mr. Jasbir Singh-1, PCS has been posted as Additional Secretary Education. Mrs. Amrit Kaur Gill, PCS has been posted as ADCG Patiala and Mr. Sandeep Rishi, PCS has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner (D) Amritsar in Additional Chief Administrator Amritsar Development Authority.

Mr. Jivandeep Singh Kahlon, IRS has been posted as Special Secretary VAT, Advisor Income Tax, Punjab and in addition MD, Punjab Alkalies and Chemicals Ltd. Mr. Jora Singh Thind, PCS (Retd.) has been posted as AC Grievances Patiala, Joint Director Administration in the office of Chief Engineer PWD (B&R) and in addition LAC Punjab Power Corporation Patiala. Mr. N.S. Bath, PCS (Retd.) has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner Sri Muktsar Sahib.

Mr. Mandeep Singh, IAS will now hold the charge of Secretary Transport and in addition Commissioner Gurdwara Elections. Posting orders of Mrs. Rupanjali, IAS will be issued in due course.
