At least 15 students from Khalsa College Amritsar
(KCA)’s have been selected for jobs by ICICI Bank for during the campus
recruitment drive. The tests and interviews were conducted earlier and final
results were declared today, said KCA Principal Dr.Daljit Singh. He said it was
a matter of pride that large number students got the top jobs in the banking in
the annual pay-scale of over Rs.two lakhs.
He said it was their endeavour that apart from
providing professional teaching they help the students to get jobs two through
the frequent campus recruitment programs by various MNCs and other business
houses. ``For this a Placement Cell had been set up under Prof. Deepak
Devgan’’, said Dr. Daljit Singh.
