Sukhbir and Majithia condole demise of Yash Chopra

CHANDIGARH, OCT 21
 The Punjab Deputy Chief Minister, Mr. Sukhbir Singh Badal, today expressed deep shock at the sudden demise of veteran Bollywood Great Yash Chopra who expired today at Mumbai after brief illness.
In a condolence message Mr. Badal said that Yash Chopra known as 'King of Romance'  left a an indelible imprint in the history of Hindi Cinema and his 'never say die' Punjabi attitude kept the flag of Bollywood flying till his last breath. Mr. Badal said that without Yash Chopra, Bollywood be never same again.
The Deputy Chief Minister expressed heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved family and prayed to God to give peace to the departed soul and strength to them to bear this irreparable lose.
Mr. Bikram Singh Majithia, Revenue and Public Relations Minister, Punjab also expressed deep grief on the demise of legend film Producer/Director Yash Chopra.
In a condolence message, Mr. Majithia said that with the death of Yash Chopra, the nation has lost a great personality, who brought glories for the country by touching new heights in the field of cinema.
Mr. Majithia said that Yash Chopra, who has studied at Jalandhar,  became a role model for producers and directors in Bollywood. He said that the Yash Chopra has spread the message of love, affection, brotherhood through his films. He said that he would always be remembered for his great contribution in cinema.
           Expressing sympathy with the bereaved family, Mr. Majithia prayed to the God to grant peace to the departed soul and strength to the family to bear this irreparable loss.
